All reservation cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in a 50% peanlty based on the full value of the reservation. All reservations must be fully paid within 21 days of arrival; cancellation after this time will result in a 100% penalty based on the value of the reservation. Payment may be made by PayPal or bank transfer. We can also accept credit card payments in Canadian or U.S. dollars.

There is an 80 EURO cleaning fee for all rentals. This fee must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

There is also a 200 euro damage deposit that must be paid with the second rental payment.

There first rental payment (50%) is due upon making the reservation. The second rental payment (50%) is due 21 days before arrival.

Check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. If you must arrive outside of these hours, please contact us.

Breakfast can be provided each morning, brought to your rental unit, for 15 EURO/person.
